To avoid critical errors, make sure you correctly fill in the product name, information and details, as well as add correct images:

If any errors were found during moderation, correct them and save changes. If you disagree with an error or do not understand what it means, let us know by following this link or clicking on the message icon in the bottom section of your profile and selecting Other → Create a request. Select the Поставки из-за рубежа / Crossborder topic and the Контент / Content subtopic. If there are any errors related to the product, it will not be shown on Ozon, and the customers will not be able to purchase it.
