The income of sellers operating under the rFBS scheme is equal to the selling price minus commission. The commission is charged on the final selling price of the product.

Example

If the product belongs to the category for which the commission is 5%, and the selling price is 5780 rubles – the amount of commission will be 289 rubles. The seller's income will be 5779 - 289 = 5201 rubles.

# Delivery Cost

The delivery cost for the customer is determined by Ozon rates. If the total cost of products in the order is:

  • more than 2,500 rubles—the delivery is free for the customer,
  • less than 2,500 rubles—the cost of delivery for the customer is determined by Ozon rates.

You deliver orders by third-party services or by yourself. Ozon transfers the cost of delivery to you. If the total cost of products in the customer's order:

  • over 3,500 rubles—the customer doesn't pay for delivery. Ozon transfers money to you only when delivering oversized products—700 rubles;

  • more than 2,500 rubles but less than or equal to 3,500 rubles:

    • when delivering regular products to a pickup point—0 rubles,
    • when delivering regular products by courier—50 rubles,
    • when delivering oversized products—700 rubles;
  • less than 2,500 rubles—the cost of delivery is paid by the customer at Ozon rates.

# Returns and Cancellations

Depending on the stage at which the customer refused the products, we distinguish three types of transactions: return, non-purchase, and cancellation by customer. Charges depend on the type of transaction.

Returns:

  • The customer received the shipment. The products in the shipment now have the Delivered status.
  • The customer returned the product later, not immediately upon receiving them.

The customer returns the products to the seller on their own.

Cancelled by the customer or unclaimed:

  • The customer refused the shipment. The shipment now has the Cancelled status.
  • The customer did not pick up the shipment. The shipment became unclaimed and was automatically assigned the Cancelled status.
  • The shipment was prepared for transfer to the seller.

The customer returns the product to the seller on their own.
