So far Seller's rating functions in test mode and is available not to all partners.

We monitor the quality of service the partner presents to Ozon customers. When quality indicators deteriorate, we make a warning and, if the situation does not improve, we can block sales of your products.

Seller's rating will depend on several quality indicators:

  • Product assessments
  • Price index

If you sell products from your warehouse, the following indicators are additionally calculated:

  • Cancellation percentage
  • Overdue delivery

You can monitor the indicators in your account, at Seller's rating page.

# How do we calculate quality indicators

# Product assessments

To calculate the assessment, only the products with at least 2 reviews are considered. We calculate an average assessment using these reviews for your products.

An indicator next to the product assessment shows how much the indicator changed compared to yesterday.

# Price index

Price index functions in test mode. So far we don't block products due to a very high index.

We monitor the prices for similar products and calculate the ratio of your price to the lowest price for the same product at other sites.

Price index will start being calculated when you have at least 10 products that have links to the same products at other sites. These products must be in stock and not in archive.

If the price at Ozon is lower than the price at other sites, the index is calculated based on equation:

If the price at Ozon is higher, the index is calculated based on equation:

If the index is not more than 1, this means that your prices at Ozon are competitive. If the index exceeds 1, your prices are above market price. The higher the index, the higher are the prices you set at Ozon compared to the prices at other sites. Price index value, after which we start blocking sales, is 1.10 (inclusively). When price index achieves this value, the indicator will turn red.

The indicator is recalculated daily.

Widget displays average price index value for all products you sell on Ozon. An indicator next to the price index shows how much the indicator changed compared to yesterday.

You can view a price index for each individual product in Prices section, in Price index column.

You can also get familiar with a list of links to other sites, add your own links or complaint about some incorrect links. To do this, go to page InventoryManager Inventory or PricesManage prices and click on product price in profile. Links in Manage prices section are displayed in block Check product links on other sites.

# Cancellation percentage

This is the share of shipments cancelled by you during the last 14 days. It is only considered if you already have at least 10 shipments over the whole time of sales from your warehouse on the Ozon website.

We calculate the following for this indicator:

  • Ratio of the quantity of shipments cancelled by you to the total number of shipments created over the previous 14 days.
  • Ratio of product price in cancelled shipments to the product price in all shipments created over the previous 14 days.

We compare to the highest figure out of the above and compare versus maximum allowable value.

The maximum allowable value is 2%, after that you will get a warning, and the indicator will turn red.

The following situations are considered as cancellation:

  • you cancelled the shipment due to any reason;
  • you did not package the shipment on time;
  • you failed to deliver the shipment to reception center several times or failed to hand it over to our courier, we had to cancel the shipment.

We don't consider the shipments as cancelled if they were not handed over for delivery through the fault of Ozon due to a technical problem in the profile. To do this, you need to create an application to support service: follow the link or click on message icon in your profile in the bottom of the screen and select OtherCreate an application. Select subject "Blocking of sales and supplies" and subsection "Based on FBS indicators". Attach profile screenshots to the application showing the shipment number and error text.

# Overdue delivery

This is the share of shipments not handed over for delivery on time due to your fault over the past 7 days. It is only considered if you already have at least 10 shipments over the whole time of sales from your warehouse at Ozon.

We divide the number of days during which the shipments were not handed over for delivery on time by the total number of days when the supply was performed. We consider the latest 7 days. If your or your buyer cancelled a shipment prior to handing over for delivery, we will not consider it in the calculation.

The maximum allowable value, after which you will get a warning, and the indicator will turn red, is 4%.

We don't consider shipments as overdue if they were not handed over for delivery through the fault of Ozon, for example:

  • those not accepted in reception point if the reception point was not opened or if you were not accepted before closure;
  • those not picked by courier without a warning;
  • those that could not be included in acceptance certificate.

# How do we make a decision on blocking the products

We block products if the following indicators exceed a maximum allowable level:

  • Cancellation percentage
  • Overdue delivery

Blocking of products means that they will stay in your profile but it will be impossible to buy them at Ozon. Blocking does not affect the orders that have already been made – they must be shipped. Blocking due to different indicators does not get added up. You can be simultaneously blocked due to several reasons and for a different period.

When the indicator exceeds maximum allowable value, we will send a notice an e-mail or notify with a banner in your profile. They will show the time until blocking, e.g. 7 days. During this time, we will not block you and you will have a possibility to improve indicators.

If you don't improve the indicators over this time, we will have to block your products for a period from three days. If your indicators do not improve over the blocking period, we will prolong it for 24 hours each time after the indicators are checked. Blocking is automatically released when the specified period is over, but only if your indicators become normal meanwhile.

If you already exceeded the value of cancellations or timely delivery earlier, even if you were not blocked for this, we will block the products for a period from 24 hours immediately and without warning the next time the indicator is exceeded.

# What to do if you get blocked

If we blocked you, continue collecting and handing over the shipments prepared before blocking for delivery on time. Then, your indicators will become normal during the next check.

# How to avoid blocking

# Cancellation percentage

  • Before packaging an order, make sure that all products are in stock, and you can package the order and hand it over for delivery. By clicking Package an order , you confirm that you are ready to hand the shipments from the order on the shipment date.
  • Make sure you have effective stock and regularly update information on the quantity of products in warehouse, so that a buyer could not make an order for a product out of stock.
  • Please note the products that have already been reserved by buyers.
  • If you are not sure, it's best to cancel a shipment before packaging. If you don't package an order on time, we can cancel it.
  • If the shipment or order has to be cancelled due to a technical error in profile, write to us: follow the link or click on message icon in the bottom of the scree in your profile and select OtherCreate an application. Select subject "Blocking of sales" and subsection "Based on FBS indicators". Attach profile screenshots to the application showing the shipment number and error text.

# Overdue delivery

  • Monitor the shipments you need to hand over to courier or bring to reception point in the nearest future, in section OrdersFrom my warehouse at Waiting on shipment tab.
  • Do to delay the shipments.
  • If any shipment is overdue, you can try shipping repeatedly or cancel the shipment. Remember that when a shipment is cancelled, the share of cancellations will increase.
  • We have a right to cancel an order if you could not hand it over for delivery twice. In this case, you also increase your share of cancellations.
