# How to create a warehouse

Use Cyrillic, Latin, or special characters to fill in the fields.

  1. In your seller profile, go to Logistics -> Add a warehouse.

  2. Enter your warehouse details:

    • Name.

    • Address. Add the address manually.

    • Warehouse contact number.

    • Working days — select at least 1 working day.

    • Time for packaging — move the slider to indicate the time, not including the time for the order delivery to the delivery service. Maximum time allotted to assemble the order is 5 days. You can specify the time for order packaging in the delivery method settings.

  3. Choose the method of returns:

    • Select This warehouse if you want to receive a return to the warehouse from which the product was shipped.

    • Select Other address and enter the address manually to receive a return to a different warehouse.

    In the Comment for the customer field describe the steps the customer will need to take to send the return. These instructions must be in Russian.

    For example: "Чтобы отправить возврат, упакуйте товар в плотную упаковку и зафиксируйте его внутри. При отправлении укажите адрес получения, указанный нами в переписке. Перевозчик может взимать плату за отправление: сохраните квитанцию или чек, и мы возместим стоимость в случае возврата товара ненадлежащего качества".

  4. Click Save warehouse.

  5. Your warehouse is created.

# How to edit a warehouse

  1. Open the menu and click Edit Warehouse.

    You can also edit a warehouse on the product description page: to proceed, click on the .

  2. Make the necessary changes, for example, edit the time for packaging. The amount of changes you can make depends on whether delivery methods have been added to that warehouse.

  3. Click Save.
